The transfer window is just a few days away, but free agents are wasting no time. Among them are some former Olbia players.

The latest addition to the roster is Rosario Rizzitano. The Calabrian goalkeeper, born in 1999, has been signed by Real Acerrana. In Olbia, the goalkeeper, who trained in the youth academies of Catanzaro and Bari and previously played for (among other teams) Foggia, Seregno, and Alessandria, had been in the news again after Edoardo Ascioti's injury, before the arrival of Aniello Viscovo.

Rizzitano will play in Group H of Serie D, the same group where another former Olbia player, Nicolò Maspero, has landed for Heraclea. Gianmarco Staffa has found a home in Group F, specifically at Termoli, while Gabriele Lobrano has moved to Orvietana, in Group E. The only former player the Whites will face this year as an opponent in Group G is Flaviano Modesti, who, after leaving the Gallura club, has reached an agreement with Palmese, Olbia's opponent on January 18th at the Nespoli on the third day of the second leg of the season.

There have been no incoming transfers, at least for now, at Olbia Calcio. Given their financial difficulties, the club hasn't been able to compensate for the recent departures and will be short-handed for Sunday's match against undefeated league leaders Scafatese, although Buschiazzo's return from suspension is already good news.

On the corporate front, after paying a deposit on outstanding wages and confirming his interest in Olbia, including a potential acquisition, entrepreneur Romi Fuke has called a press conference for Tuesday to outline his plans.
