With the match played on the Lucchese pitch, defender Riccardo Idda entered the club of rossoblù centenarians, that is, players with at least 100 appearances in the Torres shirt.
Midfielder Alessandro Masala is the record holder with 179 appearances which include three seasons in Serie C and three in Serie D, the first one nine years ago, in 2015/16, when Masala was just 19 years old.
Behind him, another Sassari player, captain Gigi Scotto with 149 games and 42 goals. Defender Nicolò Antonelli has reached 138 games, his colleague Paolo Dametto 131. Forward Diakite has 123 appearances and 41 goals.
However, if we consider the absolute appearances in Serie C, the record holder is Manuel Fischnaller with 382 games and 111 goals, practically one goal every three and a half games.
