Penultimate appointment with the "Il Filorosso" music festival organized by the Polifonica Santa Cecilia Onlus.
The University Library of Sassari in Piazza Fiume will host the concert "Two steps in polyphony" proposed by the Corum Collegium Karalitanum on Thursday at 7pm.
The ensemble directed by Maestro Giorgio Sanna will propose a program that ranges from Bruckner's Focus iste and Award Elgar's Ave Maria to Antonio Costa's Badde Lontana, Giuseppe Rachel's Non poto reposare and Antonio Sanna's Duru Duru.
The Colegium Karalitanum Choir has been operating in Cagliari for about 50 years (it has been a Cultural Association since 1979) and is one of the oldest and most well-known choral groups in Italy and abroad.
The concert series “Il Filo Rosso” will propose the concert “Romanticism between sacred and profane” as its last appointment on December 16th.
