In Sassari, an interesting initiative by Mariano Brianda, former magistrate and former president of the Court of Appeal of Sassari , in this legislature opposition municipal councilor : on 15 March, in the traffic police hall in via Carlo Felice, in two sessions, from 4 to 6 pm and from 18 to 20, he will hold lessons - meetings, free and open to all, of Criminal Law .
«The theme of the first meeting will be "Process and introduction to criminal law"», explains Mariano Brianda. «In the second part of each meeting, free discussion on what is most interesting about criminal justice. The next meeting», he points out, «will instead be dedicated to the objective element of the crime . Anyone who has walking difficulties or lives outside Sassari should report it for a possible videoconference connection ».
Brianda's initiative is enjoying great success, receiving so far 280 adhesions.
