Sardinian Cavalcade: the Municipality of Sassari reopens the deadlines for applications to participate
A further refund of 300 euros has been decided for groups
The Municipality of Sassari has decided to meet the needs of the groups and to recognize a further contribution of 300 euros which is added to the mileage and flat rate. By virtue of the provision, the deadlines for applications to participate in the Cavalcata Sarda have been reopened and extended until 3 April.
The 72nd edition of the event will be held on May 21, in the usual location of the penultimate Sunday of the month.
Groups that have already applied within the previous deadline of March 20 will benefit from the new reimbursement conditions and will not have to present a new application. More than 220 applications have already been received. Further associations, folklore groups and groups of horsemen and amazons interested in participating can apply exclusively through the specially created platform on the website of the Municipality of Sassari.
