Crushing head trauma . This is the cause of the death of Patrick Zola and Ythan Romano, the two teenagers who died on Easter Monday in the collapse of the ruined farmhouse which collapsed while they were playing inside.

The autopsy took place this afternoon at the Nuoro cemetery. The medical examiner who carried out the test, Matteo Nioi, asked for 90 days for histological tests which could reveal more precise details about the tragedy.

At 7.30pm a torchlight procession starts for the two young people right from Via Dessanay , with their friends, entire school groups, teachers and parents taking part. The city authorities were also present as well as the parish priest of the nearby church of San Domenico Savio, Don Stefano Paba.

The same prelate in the same parish tomorrow morning (Friday 5 April) at 10 am, together with Bishop Antonello Mura, will celebrate the mass for the funeral of the boys. On the same day , citizen mourning was proclaimed in Nuoro.
