The checks by the Guardia di Finanza continue unabated, including with the use of drug-sniffing dogs , with a focus on young people and schools in the Cagliari area . The objective, they explain from the Fiamme Gialle, is to spread the culture of legality and alert young people to the dangers of narcotic and psychotropic substances .

In the months of April and May , 35 young people were intercepted with drugs in tow, and among them 33 were reported to the Prefecture for personal use and 2 reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cagliari for detention for the purpose of dealing. In some cases, the immediate withdrawal of the driving license was also followed.

Over 180 grams of narcotic substances such as hashish, marijuana and cocaine were seized , to which must be added various already packaged "joints".

The youngest reported was a boy from Cagliari, a minor, found in possession of approximately 40 grams of hashish and the oldest was another boy from Cagliari, 37 years old, who held several grams of marijuana.
