"Augurios caros Tiu Giua' ea medas annos in saludu e festa manna." With this greeting from the municipal administration of Villanova Monteleone, Giovanni Livesu celebrated his centenary in the town square, a large party organized in his honor by his wife, children, and many grandchildren.

The Villanova community warmly embraced him with a huge turnout, with many people attending at the invitation, including Mayor Quirico Meloni. After the presentation of a commemorative plaque donated by the municipal administration, the evening was graced by a special guest: Sardinian singer Maria Giovanna Cherchi, who made Tiu Gianne Livesu's birthday even more special and unforgettable.
