A 40-year-old man died in Usini from a wasp sting. He died this afternoon in the countryside near the town when , stung by the insect, he tried to call neighbors for help but was too late.

It is understood that the victim suffered from an allergy which may have caused the anaphylactic shock.

The Carabinieri and two 118 ambulances were on site. The body has already been returned to the family.
