A busy parking lot can make life impossible. This happens, for example, to those who have difficulty moving independently on their own two feet.

Francesco Pitzalis , 90 years old, a Cagliari native living in Castello, has to deal with rudeness and disrespect every day.

His latest mishap happened this morning : "Someone parked their car in front of mine, taking up part of my disabled parking space. I have trouble walking, I use crutches, and I have a hard time getting into the car, especially because the space is so narrow and a pole gets in the way." "More attention would be needed," he comments dejectedly, "even from the traffic police."
