Two-car crash on the 126: Four injured, two seriously

A serious two-car accident occurred on State Road 126 toward Sant'Antioco, at kilometer 2.5. Three people—a man and two women—were traveling in a Dacia, while the Fiat was the sole driver.

The alarm was raised shortly before 3pm, and ambulances from 118 arrived on the scene.

Four people were injured: the worst affected was a 72-year-old woman, who was airlifted to Brotzu and then transferred to Santissima Trinità. Another young man was admitted to the hospital with critical condition.

Firefighters also intervened to secure the road, while law enforcement is reconstructing the dynamics of the collision.
