Twist in Villasimius, 8 out of 13 councilors resign (including the mayor)

Twist in Villasimius . Eight out of thirteen councilors (over half) have communicated their resignation at the same time today, sanctioning the end of the legislature of the mayor Gianluca Dessì. The mayor himself signed his resignation along with seven other councilors (a mix between majority and opposition). A commissioner could therefore be appointed from tomorrow.

Gianluca Dessì was in his second term . However, the contrasts within the majority are different. Twice in the last two years, in fact, the mayor had resigned and then retired on the last day.
