A 27-year-old girl, Andrea Nairi , has apparently died following a domestic accident in her apartment in the Flumini area .
The young woman would have fallen out of the house and hit her head against a metal gate . The impact was not immediately fatal: the 27-year-old returned and lay on the bed, probably not sensing the severity of the injury.
When the family members returned, they found her dead . There was also the coroner, who did not feel he had to notify the police.
