Tourist injured on Villasimius rocks: helicopter rescue must intervene

Accident on the Simius coast, where a swimmer fell between the rocks and found shelter on the reef.

The alarm was raised by some bathers, with the mobilization of ambulances, the emergency helicopter and the local police of Villasimius.

The helicopter arrived immediately and managed to provide assistance to the man, a tourist. The injured man was conscious: he was transferred to the hospital for checks, but he only reported a problem with his ankle.

The rescue was carried out in front of hundreds of bathers who were still on the beach. The tourist's conditions are not serious.
