The position of a man, the uncle of a 15-year-old, accused by the girl of sexual violence after a day spent together at the sea , is being examined by the Prosecutor's Office.
According to an initial reconstruction, the young woman was yesterday with her uncle on the coast of Tortolì , then they returned home. From this point on, the versions diverge. The 15-year-old reported having suffered a sexual approach from her relative and then violence, until she ran away to find a safe haven. An ambulance from 118 and the Tortolì carabinieri found her in a confused state on the street. After being visited, she was taken to the Nostra Signora della Mercede hospital in Lanusei while the military swooped into her uncle's house.
