Todde and the request for forfeiture: the case under examination by the Constitutional Court

The case of Governor Alessandra Todde's dismissal —requested by the Electoral Guarantee Board , which allegedly identified irregularities in the reporting of electoral expenses incurred during the last regional election campaign— is now before the Constitutional Court.

The Court will have to evaluate the appeal presented by the Council —which focuses on the conflict of powers —in response to the objections and the injunction issued by the Panel.
