A near tragedy was the one staged in Alghero where, in front of the Mercede church, three brothers were run over by a scooter.

The most serious is 12 years old who underwent emergency head surgery at the Sassari hospital. The other two are 16 and 18 years old: according to the reconstruction carried out by local police officers, when the accident occurred - yesterday morning - they were crossing the street on the pedestrian crossing and the scooter driven by a 60-year-old hit them.

Two 118 ambulances on site.

The dynamics are to be ascertained.
