"I'm shocked, it's impossible to work like this." Erika Pazzola, owner of H24 in via Pala di Carru in Sassari, Li Punti neighborhood, comments on the theft she suffered yesterday in broad daylight. "They waited until the afternoon," she says, "when the other shops were closed."
Some unknown people broke into the hot drinks machine, taking 70 euros in coins. "I feel bad, I wish the situation would improve because it's not going well." It's the second theft that Erika has suffered since she started managing the business, a month and a half ago. "We've filed two reports but we haven't seen any results yet. We're asking the Municipality to carry out more checks on this street because there have been several thefts and we'd like to be more at peace."
The thieves also act without taking into account or caring that there are several cameras in the area capable of filming them. Meanwhile, the owner of the CremaeCiò ice cream shop-café, just above the H24, and also a victim of a theft two nights ago, looks back with a cool head on what happened. Taking into account that other commercial activities have suffered the same "treatment" in recent months. "It was a quiet street and it is no longer. I've been here for nine years and I never imagined it would get to this point."
