A 42-year-old and a 40 -year-old from Arbus , both unemployed, were reported by the carabinieri for aggravated theft .

The two were identified as the authors of the "split", on 28 June last , against the Crai supermarket in via Mazzini.

The theft took place in the night , between 10pm and 11pm: one of the two criminals, after breaking a window, had sneaked into the business, taking away 200 euros in cash and a Huawei-branded mobile phone.

The second had instead accompanied him driving the car he owned.

The reconstruction and subsequent identification also took place thanks to the video surveillance images of the supermarket.
