The tornado does not spare Castelsardo: uncovered roofs and damage to structures

The great wind yesterday afternoon took on the contours of a whirlwind also in Castelsardo and in the hamlet of Lu Bagnu, where various dangerous situations were created for inhabitants and motorists. Unfortunately, some roofs were uncovered, damage to the fences of various structures (such as the fencing nets at the cemetery) and numerous trees uprooted.

Throughout the day yesterday (and also today) the volunteers of the CVSM - Civil Protection were very busy, cutting the large uprooted branches, clearing sidewalks and roadways, thus avoiding further dangers.

The weather, already good today, will improve further in the coming days.
