Military exercises in the Capo Teulada and Capo Frasca ranges can continue . This is the decision of the TAR, which judged "the need of the Armed Forces to complete the exercises currently underway to be predominant" .

The Court pronounced the order following a balancing of interests with environmental issues. According to the assessment carried out, «although environmental criticality profiles are highlighted» , as ISPRA states, «The elements collected within the SNPA do not highlight, to date, a situation in which it is possible to identify, as a consequence of the facts subject of the charges, impacts on natural resources such as to integrate cases of environmental damage ".

The precautionary request of the Legal Intervention Group (Grig), which had challenged the ministerial decree which inaugurated a new cycle of exercises, was therefore rejected because it did not have a positively concluded environmental impact assessment procedure (Vinca).
