The refectory, gymnasium, theater, and classrooms. After structural consolidation work, the renovated spaces of the school on Via Stoccolma have been returned.

The ceremony this morning was attended by Mayor Massimo Zedda and Giulia Andreozzi, Councilor for Public Education, Study Support, and Knowledge. Marcella Vacca, principal of the Ugo Foscolo Comprehensive Institute on Via Stoccolma, attended the ceremony.

The construction site required the temporary relocation of some classes in 2022: some to the Italo Stagno premises on Via Is Mirrionis, others to the nearby Regina Elena school, which made available not only classrooms but also key spaces such as the gym and theater. This solution ensured safety during the work and, at the same time, continuity of instruction.

With the reopening of the returned spaces, the Municipality explains, the school will resume essential functions for students' daily lives and educational activities.
