In the last 4 months, according to the results of the investigations carried out by the Flying Squad of Cagliari, he was responsible for at least 17 crimes including theft and damage to vending machines. This morning the 39-year-old, who was already under house arrest, was taken to prison in Uta in execution of the precautionary measure.
The shots were committed in the refreshment areas of the University and of various public bodies, but the man is also charged with various violations of obligations imposed by the authority (prohibition / residence obligation).
Yesterday, however, the policemen arrested the perpetrator of an attempted theft staged in the night between Saturday and Sunday in a school. A security guard called 113 to report that someone had probably broken into the school and triggered the alarm system. Arriving at the scene, the officers noticed a forced window and surprised a 51-year-old trying to get away.
Several rooms had been ransacked and a hammer and a flat-blade screwdriver were found.
The man was taken to the police station and arrested. The Inspection Team of the Scientific Police also intervened for the findings of the case.
