The cruise season opened this morning in Porto Torres. Le Bougainville, a ship of the Le Ponant company that came from Bonifacio and was initially destined for the Alghero roadstead, landed at 7 at the Dogana Segni dock.

On board, about 50 passengers, of various nationalities, who will mostly make an excursion in the Catalan town and a tour in the historical-archaeological areas of the territory, in addition of course to the visit to the city of Porto Torres.

In the 2022 calendar, another four stopovers are planned in the calendar of the Turritano port between June, August and September.

“Today's landing of Le Bougainville in Porto Torres - comments Massimo Deiana, president of the Adsp del mare di Sardegna - quickly brings us closer to closing the circle for the reactivation of the market in all the ports of the System. It is still a timid signal, but which we must welcome with great satisfaction, aware of the fact that the north-west airport has an infrastructural and excursion potential which, we hope, will be expressed with great results as early as next 2023 ".
