Blitz in Teulada by the forestry carabinieri of the Nipaaf of Cagliari, who following an inspection sealed a restaurant located right in front of the sea, in the Capo Malfatano area.
The military in fact ascertained that the structure had no authorization to justify its construction, in an area of great naturalistic value and subject to restrictions. A lack - underlines the Carabinieri - which therefore meant that the state concession held by the owner for the occupation of the area was no longer granted.
The obligation to dismantle the structure at the end of the bathing period was also violated, a provision aimed at protecting the natural landscape and instead not respected "with serious damage - the investigators write - to the coastal ecosystem and the landscape".
For this reason, at the end of the inspection, the structure was seized and the consequent complaint was filed by the owner of the cooperative - resident in the Cagliari area - who managed the business.
