He did not respect the precautionary measure of removal from the family home and the ban on approaching places frequented by his ex-partner, and these violations led to the arrest of a 46-year-old resident of Sulcis.

The measures were issued last April by the court of Cagliari. It all started after the complaint presented by the 46-year-old: the police intervened repeatedly due to arguments between the two former cohabitants. Since January 2024, according to the military's investigations, the man allegedly carried out various acts of mistreatment, damaging the furnishings of the home and insulting the woman, causing her to feel anxious and fear for her own safety.

Last night, having received a report from the operations center, the police went to the 46-year-old's house and found her ex-partner, arresting him. The man, awaiting further evaluations by the judiciary, was then released but investigations continue to guarantee the woman's safety.
