Suitable areas: the government's bill is ready. Summit locked down before the green light
President Todde and Councillor Spanedda have begun to illustrate the text to the majority councillorsThe bill implementing the decree on Suitable Areas is ready.
The President of the Region Alessandra Todde began to illustrate the text to the majority councilors in the Budget Commission Hall in the Regional Council, during a very secretive summit. Text that, most likely, will be approved by the Council on Thursday morning, in a session scheduled for 2:00 p.m. With Todde there is also the Councilor for Urban Planning and Local Authorities Francesco Spanedda.
The Council has until the end of December to approve the measure. This means that the Executive is moving on this front well in advance and Sardinia could be the first Region to implement Pichetto Fratin's decree.
The green light in the Council will arrive close to the 20th, the day in which the Constitutional Court will set the hearing to decide on the immediate suspension of the moratorium requested by the government and approved in July. This is not a coincidence. In fact, the bill that Todde is illustrating during the majority summit overcomes the moratorium.
