Solinas is in Planargia: the process for appointments in the Region is skipped for the fifth time

Once again, the fifth, skips the process for the unlawful appointments of the lawyer Silvia Curto and the engineer Antonio Pasquale Belloi respectively as director general of the presidency of the Region and of the Regional Civil Protection: even today the governor Christian Solinas asked the judge of the preliminary hearings Ermengarda Ferrarese to postpone the appointment (the discussion of the prosecutor Andrea Vacca was scheduled) because he was simultaneously involved at the institutional level in Planargia .
The gup could not help but postpone the procedure for the second time in a few days (the last last Thursday), this time, however, to October 3 .
Solinas is accused of abuse of office for having entrusted the assignment in June 2019 in the absence, according to the Public Prosecutor and Guardia di Finanza of Cagliari, of the necessary qualifications in the hands of the chosen ones and after alleged pressure on who had to guarantee the legitimacy of the decision: the general manager of personnel Carmine Spinelli .
His head of cabinet Maria Grazia Vivarelli and the regional councilor for General Affairs Valeria Satta answer for the same crime.
Vivarelli is also accused of undue induction (in 2019 he allegedly caused Spinelli against signing the legitimacy deed of Belloi's appointment, explaining that the following day the hiring block was triggered), Satta of attempted extortion (due to alleged pressure, in June 2020, useful to convince Spinelli to sign the legitimacy deed of the extension to the appointment of Belloi).
Today the prosecutor would have asked for the indictment or the acquittal of the president of the Region and the exponent of the Giunta (both, defended by the lawyers Salvatore Casula and Massimiliano Ravenna , chose the ordinary rite) and the judge would have pronounced the relative ordinance and then also decide whether to condemn or acquit Vivarelli (four days ago the investigating magistrate asked her for 2 years and 10 months), defended by the lawyer Rinaldo Lai .
Even for Satta and Vivarelli the appointment was postponed to October: for the latter the decision was taken a little while ago, the appointment was set for 1 pm. Solinas head of cabinet was not satisfied with the postponement.
