Snow returns to Gennargentu, Fonni and Desulo wake up under a white blanket

Snow returns to Gennargentu: Fonni and Desulo woke up this morning under a blanket of white.

The precipitations began in the middle of the night and are still ongoing: a few centimetres of snow fell above 800 metres, affecting the Donnortei and Tascusì passes, as well as the heights of Monte Spada, Bruncu Spina, Su Filariu and S'Arena.

No disruption to traffic, with the Province's salt spreader vehicles engaged in ensuring traffic flow on the Sp 7 Desulo-Fonni and along the other mountain roads.

The view of the territory is offered by the Baku Meteo webcams of Sardegna Clima. Several visitors are ready to reach Gennargentu in the next few hours, to appreciate the snow, the landscapes and the good food.
