Firefighters rescued a 60-year-old tourist who was stuck in a rugged area between the rocky walls of Mount Arcuentu, in the Arbus area, late yesterday afternoon.

On site, after the alarm, the speleological alpine fluvial specialists sent by the central headquarters of the Cagliari Command, a team from the Sanluri detachment and the “Drago 148” helicopter that took off from Alghero intervened.

The tourist was in good health: once located and reached, she was taken to a safe area.
