The military intervened following a call from the young man's parents to 112 : upon their arrival, the boy resisted, wriggling in an attempt to avoid being stopped.

The operation ended without any injuries, with the 22-year-old arrested for threats, mistreatment of family members and cohabitants, and resisting a public official.

At the same time , the “Red Code” protocol was activated to protect the victims.

Once the incident had been reconstructed, the young man was then accompanied to the barracks and, once the ritual formalities had been completed, taken to prison in Uta , at the disposal of the Judicial Authorities.
