Investigations underway in Siniscola, after the death of a 43-year-old woman , originally from Lodi, but resident in Sardinia.

The woman was found lifeless in the house she had rented. According to initial investigations, the death occurred due to "cardiocirculatory arrest due to toxicological causes".

An overdose of drugs , in all probability. But the Nuoro prosecutor Giorgio Bocciarelli , who coordinates the investigations conducted by the carabinieri, has opened a dossier for death as a result of another crime, pursuant to article 586 of the criminal code. A hypothesis of crime against unknown persons who could have given the victim the drug which then caused her death.

For this reason, an autopsy on the body was ordered , which will be performed on Monday at the Policlinico di Monserrato by the Cagliari coroner Alberto Chighine.
