Siniscola fire brigade involved in three distinct road accidents and a vegetation fire in the hamlet of La Caletta .

At 11 yesterday the first intervention on the state road 131 dcn , at km 78: a mythical Alfa was involved in a fire while it was on its way towards Nuoro. The driver, a man of Albanian nationality, was alone in his car and after having parked on the side of the road he waited - unharmed - for the rescuers to arrive.

While the intervention was being concluded, the team was diverted to "Straulass", on the state road 125, at km 288, due to the collision between a car and a motorbike that collided during the overtaking: the driver was unharmed, on the bike two people suffered various bruises and fell to the ground. Both were rescued by the 118 who arranged for the passenger with a probable leg fracture also the intervention of the helicopter rescue for transport to the hospital in Olbia. The accident caused traffic problems with queues of about four km. The Traffic Police of Olbia and Nuoro intervened on the spot.

In the late afternoon the team intervened in La Caletta following another road accident . Involved a Volkswagen T-Cross, which for reasons under investigation went off-road and impacted violently on a tree. The driver was unharmed.

At the same time there was a bush fire near the Santa Lucia locality in La Caletta, which forced the deployment of a second team from Nuoro.
