The 49-year-old local man, in a state of disorientation, was found by Carabinieri officers with a drill in his hand and uttered several threats. Law enforcement had no choice but to arrest him and take him to Bancali prison. This morning, the suspect, represented by lawyer Gabriele Sechi, attended the validation hearing where he was charged with trespassing, possession of a weapon, threats, and resisting a public official.

Prosecutor Maria Paola Asara requested that the 49-year-old be banned from residing in the town, while Judge Marta Guadalupi ordered the arrest to be validated and that he be prohibited from coming within a thousand meters of the victim, as well as wearing an electronic bracelet.
