Sedilo, Maria Giuseppa Campus has blown out 100 candles
In her long life she was the owner of a furniture shop which she managed until the age of 80.

A day of celebration yesterday at the home in Corso Eleonora in Sedilo for Mrs. Maria Giuseppa Campus who blew out 100 candles.
A special birthday once again shared with his daughter Antonietta, his son-in-law Peppino, his two children and two great-grandchildren.
In her long life she was the owner of a furniture store that she managed until the age of 80. She is the widow of Pasquale Carta, a carpenter who died 43 years ago. The centenarian was born in Sorradile but after six months her parents moved to Sedilo.
Mayor Salvatore Pes also came to wish her a happy birthday and gave her a plaque with her birth certificate from November 14, 1924.
In addition to Mrs. Campus, the town also has another centenarian, Enrichetta Cecchini who is 102 years old.
