These are the accusations that the owners of a restaurant company in Sassari must respond to, indicted on July 5 together with three employees of the Gup of Cagliari Lucia Perra.
The facts allegedly took place in Sassari in January 2019, but the preliminary hearing was held in Cagliari since the computer crimes are attributable to the District. According to the accusation, the owners of the company with the help of their accomplices attempted to force one of their employees against his will to validate a resignation letter.
They would threaten him not to make him work anywhere again. But not only. Having discovered that the employee had recorded everything, they would have snatched the phone from his hand and deleted its contents.
