Sassari: Man evades house arrest to attend a party and is arrested.
The discovery was made by the Carabinieri who went to the man's home for a check.

He goes to a party but is under house arrest and is arrested for evading custody.
It happened last Saturday, July 4th, in Sassari when the Carabinieri arrested a man who was already under precautionary measures in flagrante delicto.
The Carabinieri officers went to his home to check on him and, not finding him, launched a search. A few hours later, the suspect was located returning to his home after attending a party in a nearby town.
Placed under precautionary measures because he was suspected of property crimes, after completing the standard formalities, by order of the Sassari Public Prosecutor's Office, which is coordinating and directing the investigation, he was placed back under house arrest, pending a validation hearing.
