Accident in Viale San Pietro in Sassari around 6pm on Saturday. For reasons yet to be ascertained, the driver of a Fiat ended up against the railings that separate the pavement from the road, at Bar 2000.

The car knocked down a couple of them which, according to an initial reconstruction, hit a young passer-by, luckily without serious consequences.

Local police officers and an ambulance intervened on the scene and transported the injured person in code yellow to the emergency room of the Santissima Annunziata hospital.
