Mandatory expulsion order with ban on returning to Sassari for a man who, on the night between Saturday and Sunday last, was the protagonist of a brawl in a local club . The measure against the man, of Brazilian nationality, was ordered by the police chief of the capital Sassari.

The foreigner, the police report, attacked a girl after an argument, grabbing her by the hair and making her fall to the ground, causing injuries . A friend of the woman who rushed to defend her was bitten on the hand and, in response, threw a table at the Brazilian, injuring his face .

A patrol car intervened on site and reconstructed the incident and proceeded to identify the violent perpetrators. The police commissioner then decided, considering the social dangerousness of the foreigner, resident in the peninsula, to issue a deportation order with the prohibition to return to Sassari in the next two years . The other person involved instead received an oral warning to cease having illicit behaviors and to assume conducts compliant with the law.
