Sassari, a lifeless body found near a country road

A body was found on the Ponti Pizzinnu road in Sassari. This afternoon, a passerby found a body in the area and immediately alerted the Carabinieri.
The body is unrecognizable and shows no signs of violence. It has not yet been possible to determine the identity of the deceased, which will require the intervention of a medical examiner. Prosecutor Ermanno Cattaneo was on site.
The area is compatible with the one where William Manca, the 45-year-old from Sassari last seen last Saturday in Campanedda, was last seen.
