Sarroch: The sinkhole that has been present for months on Via Val d'Aosta has still not been removed.

It formed a few months ago, and despite reports from residents and the municipality, nothing has been done in Abbanoa: the sinkhole on Via Val d'Aosta is making traffic in that part of the town increasingly dangerous by the day. Meanwhile, other water leaks have been reported in the town: in recent days, the problem already known on Via Val d'Aosta has also occurred on Via Sassari.

From the minority benches, "Noi per Sarroch" group leader Mirko Spiga reports a worsening situation: "The roadway on Via Val d'Aosta, following the barrier's installation, has become even narrower, a situation that makes traffic even more problematic during the weekly Wednesday market. I ask the council to secure that stretch and to request immediate intervention by Abbanoa workers to repair the hole under which water has been flowing for too long, leaking from a pipeline."
