Sant'Antioco, 38 year old reported for computer fraud

A thirty-eight-year-old resident of Ravenna, unemployed and with a clean record, was reported for computer fraud in Sant'Antioco .

According to the investigators, last August 19 he had sent a fraudulent email probably directed to a series of addresses recovered in some way .

Among the recipients a thirty-eight year old from Sant'Antioco, condominium administrator also in Villacidro and Quartu Sant'Elena. The woman then discovered on the multi-company card that she was handling five unauthorized withdrawals for a total sum of almost 4,000 euros . Through a series of investigations, the carabinieri demonstrated that the money had flowed into a Postepay card in the name of the person reported.

We don't know exactly how but the author of the electronic subtraction somehow managed to steal the codes of that credit card , managing to make the withdrawals.
