Several drivers from San Sperate after having filled up with fuel, in this case diesel, in a short time found themselves having to stop the car that was making "strange noises" and then turn it off and take it to the mechanic . The common point in all the stories is the distributor: always the same. And so most of the injured turned to the lawyer Francesco Manca who sent a formal notice to the company Tamoil for compensation for damages .
Inside the tanks , "aqueous material" was found. The outage occurred on February 5, with damage averaging 500 euros . At the distributor, some diesel pumps were blocked and then put back into operation after checks.
The problem, as far as we know, does not concern the distributor which would have been damaged like the motorists.
Lawyer Francesco Manca: «I am confident that Tamoil will ultimately recognize compensation to those involved and there is also a precedent: it is a fair company».
