Two raised pedestrian crossings on Via Italia and Via Brigata Sassari. This is foreseen in the agreement signed by the municipality of Tissi and the Province of Sassari as part of the implementation of some interventions aimed at improving public safety.

«The intervention in the project - explains the mayor Gian Maria Budroni - consists in the construction of two raised pedestrian crossings with installation of vertical signs and tracking of horizontal signs. The two streets constitute the nodal points of the viability of our country, being they a ring road and being provincial roads of municipal competence".

The aim is to contribute to the safety of road users, public safety and good traffic management. The raised pedestrian crossings will guarantee high levels of safety and will contribute to resolving the historical criticality. The works will be assigned by January 2023. «The work - concludes the mayor - although of an apparent limited size, is added to a whole series of construction sites that are improving our country. I thank the Province of Sassari and the road manager for the sensitivity, professionalism and effort shown».
