The Carabinieri of Villacidro have reported a 44-year-old originally from Vicenza, resident in Spain in the city of Malaga, a cook and with precedents, for embezzlement.

Back in 2021, the man rented a Fiat Tipo from a Villacidro company that deals with the repair and rental of cars.

Then he emigrated to Spain, making his tracks disappear. Now he owes the company that owns the vehicle, which reported him, over 5 thousand euros.

The police managed to track him down. Making use of the international police cooperation service, Europol, the local police of Malaga stopped him just as he was driving that car , subjected to seizure waiting to finally be returned to the rightful Villacidro owner.
