The severe weather continues to persist in the Cagliari area, while Cyclone Harry continues to batter the island's southern coast.

The nearby residential neighborhood of Poetto is also experiencing difficulties, with access closed after this morning's storm surge flooded the seafront, including the cycle path and pedestrian path.
