Red Valley returns to Olbia, and with the Magma Events festival, scheduled for August 13th to 15th at the Olbia Arena, bans, restrictions, and traffic rules will return. These are the same ones already in place this year for the Vasco Rossi and Jovanotti concerts.

During the three days of the event, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM, within a 500-meter radius of the Olbia Arena, the consumption, serving, and sale of alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content higher than 5%, whether at fixed or street vendors, are prohibited. The sale of any beverage for takeaway, whether at fixed or street vendors, including vending machines, in containers other than paper or compostable materials is also prohibited.

Since the city administration encourages residents to walk as much as possible during the event, those who need parking near the Olbia Arena can use the paid parking in the Tilibbas area with two access points: from Via Mincio (northern overpass) and from Via dei Lidi at the intersection with Via Tirso.

The flyover will remain open, while access to the Europa roundabout will be closed from 5:00 PM on August 13th until further notice. Via Libia will be closed from 1:00 PM on August 13th until further notice, while from 5:00 PM, Via Capoverde, Via Seychelles (between Via Qatar and Via Capoverde), and Viale Italia (between the Europa roundabout—except for the section leading onto Via Indonesia—and the Italia roundabout) will be closed.
