"Mold, fire risk, and privacy violations": Fials' complaint about Microcythemic

"Structural, hygienic, and logistical collapse. Safety is optional." Paolo Cugliara, provincial secretary of FIALS, doesn't mince words when discussing the conditions at the Microcitemico hospital in Cagliari, which is part of Arnas Brotzu. And it's to the company's top management that the union representative addresses a complaint.

There are also privacy concerns: Cugliara speaks of "minor records lying on the floor in the Child Neuropsychiatry Unit." And in the basement , "the former kitchen is an illegal archive with tons of paper near dilapidated systems. An elevator has also been out of service for 6-7 months."

Fials immediately requests "electrical safety, air conditioning, elevators, PCs and printers, and a compliant archive." In the absence of a response, Cugliara announces a complaint to the Local Health Authority's Spresal.
