The carabinieri of Quartu and Selargius arrested a 45-year-old man for a series of crimes related to drug dealing. After the release of handcuffs, the 45-year-old - already known to the police - was taken to the Uta prison, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.

A 27-year-old girl residing in Sinnai, who allegedly assisted him in some crimes, was also investigated.

The man - nicknamed "Hitler" for his violent behavior - must answer, as well as for drug dealing, for extortion and kidnapping. According to the investigations, in fact, the 45-year-old, even if already under special surveillance, would have continued to sell drugs, subjecting his "customers" to harassment and violence.

Investigators were suspicious of the constant comings and goings from his home in Quartucciu, where drug sales took place, which “almost always followed - the investigators explain - disproportionate requests for money that the buyers could not cope with. In these cases the threats immediately passed to physical violence, with confiscation of money and assets (cell phones, scooters and jewelry). In other cases, the insolvent buyer was forced and escorted to ATMs in order to withdraw all the money possible and useful to temporarily appease his ire ”.
