Quartu, two cars on fire: fear on the 554

Intervention of the firefighters, this morning shortly before 6, on State Road 554 to put out the fire that spread to two vehicles, at km 12, in the locality of Pitz'e Serra, in Quartu.
A flatbed truck (Hyundai H-100) and a van (Fiat Fiorino) parked in an area adjacent to the roadway are on fire.
The fire brigade operators have extinguished the flames and secured the surrounding area, avoiding the involvement of other vehicles parked nearby.
Slightly damaged an adjacent car.
At the end of the extinguishing operations, the investigations and surveys were then started to establish the causes of the fire.
The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile nucleus of the Quartu Sant'Elena Station Command also intervened on the spot and carried out further investigations and checks.
